
Charles was born in London and grew up in Finchley. After finishing school and spending two years abroad he joined the accountancy practice Leigh Carr & Co. qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Charles has gained a wide range of experience dealing with the self-employed; small and medium sized companies and high net worth individuals during his 30 in practice.
When Charles is not at work he enjoys cycling, watching football and spending time with his wife, four children and grand children.

Kerry joined Redwoods in 2021 and has been working in the accountancy profession since 2014. Prior to this she worked for a government agency. Kerry prepares accounts, deals with trust administration, and handles all statutory and regulatory matters for clients. Kerry also oversees the day to day running of the practice. Outside of work, Kerry likes to spend time with her family, and can often be found on the tennis courts or at the stables.
When Charles is not at work he enjoys cycling, watching football and spending time with his wife, four children and grand children.

Paul graduated with an honours degree in accounting and finance and is a member of the
Association of Accounting Technicians. He has numerous years of experience in the accountancy
profession servicing small and medium sized practices.
Paul deals with a range of compliance matters for Redwoods clients in relation to accounts, tax
returns and various other practice work. He has particular knowledge of service charge accounting
for commercial and residential properties.
Paul lives with his long term partner. He enjoys cycling, playing tennis, quizzes and is an avid
reader.When Charles is not at work he enjoys cycling, watching football and spending time with his wife, four children and grand children.

Kim manages the monthly payroll process and assists clients in getting their PAYE schemes started.
As a Qualified Management Accountant, Kim has worked at senior levels in large and small companies in a variety of industries including housing, consumer goods, medical and retail.
Kim is married with 3 grown up daughters with another studying in sixth form. Her hobbies include travelling with her family, beekeeping and supporting the local town Society as Membership Secretary.

Sandy is a highly experienced bookkeeper who has been using leading bookkeeping systems for over 40 years.
Sandy manages clients across all sectors including retail, hospitality, media, photographers, estate agents …

Thomas is a trainee accountant who began his career at Barclays through the graduate program, where he gained experience in system processes and accounting software. After his time at Barclays, Thomas moved into Fintech working for Deel an international payroll solution, where he continued to expand his accounting and financial knowledge. Thomas is in the process of completing his ACA qualifications with the ICAEW.

Daniel graduated with a first-class honours degree from the University of Portsmouth and holds postgraduate diplomas in accounting and finance (Level 7) and strategic management and leadership (Level 8).
He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Association of Accounting Technicians, Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Financial Accountants.
With over 10 years’ experience, Daniel specialises in accounts management, outsourcing, and taxation, with a particular focus on private client tax returns and compliance at Redwoods.
Outside of work, Daniel is a Chelsea F.C. supporter and has previously played semi-professional football in the Ryman Isthmian and Combined Counties leagues.
